Pachomius Company Organizational Structure

As shown in the following Pachomius Company organizational chart, the main focus of the company organization is provide direct support and assistance to the individual and Country Managers. To illustrate this point, the Pachomius organization is structured into four different functional levels; the most important being level 4 – the projects in specific countries. In line with our established corporat philosophy and internal business practices; all corporate decisions, direction and operational oversight is provided by the President and CEO of Pachomius Company, J. Ross Franklin with the assistance of his Board of Directors and St. Pachomius Company.

Level 1      In this level of our organizational structure are those internal groups and individuals who report directly to Colonel Franklin and who are responsible for implementing corporate decisions and providing the direct support necessary to ensure project success. At the core of this level are the Country Managers, who are the focus of the company. The function of the Project Support and Integration Group are discussed in the Level 2 description below. The Investment Group, working with major brokerage houses, is responsible for investing proceeds from projects for charitable purposes.

Level 2      Pachomius Company is committed to provide direct support to those individuals at the project level. The main purpose of the Project Support and Integration Group is to work directly with the various Country Managers and projects and provide traditional overhead services required for project success. These services include; technical support and assistance, “Teaming Partner” coordination, finance and budget management, accounting and procurement, accounts receivable/payable, contracts and legal, human resources and administrative support.

Level 3      The key to our management philosophy for international projects is our organization of individual projects under a country-specific operational structure. This is critical in providing local direct support to program Managers, while reducing redundancy in support functions and unnecessary project costs. Our corporate attitude is to take advantage of current technology to increase communication and coordination among all corporate entities.

Level 4      The hub of Pachomius is the individual Country Manager. Their direct reporting to the President of Pachomius combined with the direct support by other corporate organizations has proven to be an effective model for project success, reducing cost and mitigating technical risks.
