Sam Champi

Mr. Champi is President of Point Construction Company in New Jersey. A West Point graduate Sam had a brilliant career at the Academy, as a star football player, in the top 10 in academics in his graduating class and number two in military aptitude. He holds a masters degree in civil engineering from Princeton University. He served as a military engineer in Vietnam where he was engaged in numerous engineering tasks such as bridge building.

He is currently involved in a major project in Panama to save fresh water by using seawater to flood the locks. He has worked many years and invested over $500,000 (USD) in attempting to bring low cost housing to Vietnam. He will act as a program manager for all engineering projects for which Pachomius Company obtains financing. His main function will be to insure that the host government obtains the best possible product, at the best price, on time
