Dr. Irma Garcia
Dr. Garcia provides over 20 years of international relations experience with
expertise in Central America, South America, the Caribbean Countries and
India. Her professional experience with the United Nations includes; responsibility
for all women’s projects and was Secretary for the Committee of the United
Nations which adopted the Convention for the Elimination of all Forms of
Discrimination Against Women, she was also actively involved as a member
of the team that organized International Women’s Year and the Decade for
Women of the United Nations. She maintains excellent personal and business
contact at all levels of the political and business sectors in many countries,
especially Central America, South America and the Caribbean. Ms. Garcia’s
expertise also includes homatherapy, together with composting, produces more
plentiful and nutritional crops, making for an ideal addition to the Pachomius
team.
Her language
capabilities are English, French, and Spanish. Her education and academic
credits include: all courses required and comprehensive exam
for PhD
in Political Science from New York University, NY; Master in Law from Columbia
University, NY; Masters in Latin America Studies from Georgetown University,
